To enhance the Port Authority’s efforts and ability to identify and evaluate innovative concepts, programs, solutions, products, services, technologies, methodologies or process improvements (“Innovative Solutions”). In response to this Challenge, interested parties (“Challenge Proposers”) will have the opportunity to submit Innovative Solutions for consideration (“Challenge Proposal”). Any references herein made to the Port Authority (“Port Authority”) shall also mean the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation’s (“PATH”)
